Africa DeskOur practices
We work across the full life cycle of a company: producing reliable financial information, certifying it, valuing it, and informing the decisions it drives.
Producing and securing your financial information, together with its tax, employment and corporate consequences.
Independent review of accounts and transactions, whether required by law or commissioned by you.
Establishing a value that withstands scrutiny — from a counterparty, a judge or the tax authorities.
Supporting directors on the decisions that shape the company over the long term.
How we are organised
The firm is organised into departments — accountancy, audit, valuation, advisory — each under the responsibility of a signing partner. Every engagement follows a documented methodology: an engagement letter setting out scope and deliverables, a documented working file, independent review before release, and formal reporting to management. This discipline is required by professional standards; the firm applies it to all of its work, including contractual engagements.
Independence is not a stance but a professional obligation. It is documented and tested before any engagement is accepted.
Professional standards, documented working files, systematic review before release. Our conclusions must withstand challenge.
Professional secrecy covers all of our work. No client information is disclosed to third parties or published as a reference.
Our sectors
Twenty years of engagements in France and internationally have given the firm direct knowledge of these industries: their operating cycles, their regulatory constraints and their accounting specifics.
Out of respect for professional confidentiality, we do not disclose the names of our clients.

Africa Desk
